Personal Chef Services - Sample Low-Cal Menu

A tasty choice of portion-controlled, low-fat, low-carb, and Weight Watcher-friendly meals. Your personal chef can also design a daily menu to meet a certain calorie count, or help you adhere to a special diet (low fat diets, low carb diets, South Beach Diet, low sugar diet, etc.). We can help you lose weight or just eat healthy. Also, many of the Vegetarian Meal Menu items can be made low fat.
