California Chef Services is the best thing that ever happened to me. I had major health challenges that needed to be addressed right away including with the way I ate. My favorites are the stuffed lamb chops, gnocchi and the chicken enchiladas. My family can't complain about "what's for dinner since is not "meatloaf, Costco, or baked chicken...again." I highly recommend California Chef Services. I was having difficulty finding a delivery service that would do organic meals and Denise was very accommodating. The appetizers from California Chef Services were the highlight of our party. In the early part of the evening few guests wandered beyond arm's reach of the appetizers. The CCS hors d'oeuvres were a huge hit. Really, 36 are A LOT! There were 4 adults and one teenager and we got full off the first 24, but no one wanted to let 12 go by the wayside. Therefore, dutifully we gorged ourselves. Thanks for saving my dinner party at the last minute, again. Not a morsel of your scrumptious hors d'oeuvres was wasted.
