Personal Chef Services - Sample Vegetarian Menu

These are totally vegetarian meals-and vegetables have never tasted so good! Innovative recipes make these vegetarian dinners a real dining experience. You can also choose items from the Family Meal Menu or Low-Cal Meal Menu if you sometimes eat seafood or chicken. Vegan and Raw services are also available.

Pasta with sautéed asparagus, mushrooms, garlic, and thyme.

Chili Relleno Casserole (Low-fat available)
Layers of green chilies, tortillas, and cheese covered with an egg batter.

Argentine Vegetables Chimichurie
Grilled zucchini, yellow squash, and broccoli in a sauce of garlic, onions, cilantro, and parsley.

Tofu and Noodles in Peanut Sauce
Pan-seared tofu, carrots, and bean sprouts mixed with Asian noodles and peanut dressing.

Eggplant Parmigian (Low-fat available)
Baked eggplant-not fried! Topped with mozzarella and fresh tomato sauce.

Grilled Portabellas
Grilled portabella mushrooms marinated in olive oil and balsamic vinegar.

Lentil Loaf
Baked loaf made with spiced lentils, onions, and bread crumbs and topped with gravy.

Grilled Vegetable Enchiladas
Grilled zucchini, onions, and peppers in whole wheat tortillas served with salsa.

Vegetable Masala (Indian)
Sautéed mixed vegetables in a yogurt sauce with garam masala spice.

Spinach & Feta Quiche
Spinach, feta, eggs, and garlic in a fluffy quiche with a flaky crust.
